Porter Consulting Engineers, P.C. (PCE) is a professional consulting firm providing comprehensive engineering and building design services to both public sector and private sector clients throughout Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and southwestern New York. As part of our commitment to effectively provide services throughout the region, PCE maintains two office locations in northwestern Pennsylvania. Our offices are located in Erie and the City of Meadville.
